SAMPLING
The sampling process is a fundamental and integral part of our activity in the textile industry. With 40 years of experience in the industry, we recognize the importance of direct contact with the client, enabling them to evaluate the quality of our fabrics firsthand—both visually and through touch.
Through this process, a framework of meaningful cooperation is developed, enabling us to accurately understand each client’s needs and propose targeted solutions from the new collections of each season. At the same time, it contributes to the optimization of the selection process, facilitating decision-making and reducing business risk.
Furthermore, sampling forms the basis for developing personalized solutions, as it provides us with the opportunity to design and produce fabrics fully tailored to the technical and aesthetic specifications of each project. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο ενισχύεται η αξιοπιστία της συνεργασίας και δημιουργούνται μακροχρόνιες σχέσεις με προστιθέμενη αξία για τους συνεργάτες μας.
FABRIC KNITTING
Our fabric knitting takes place exclusively at our privately owned facilities in Schimatari, Viotia, which house a state-of-the-art production environment equipped with 35 knitting machines.
Our production collection includes Jacquard knits, which allow for the direct integration of complex designs into the fabric itself, as well as high-quality knitted fabrics and fleece, available in a variety of weights and compositions to meet even the most demanding applications.
Our mechanical equipment, combined with the expertise of our specialized workforce and our long-standing industry experience, enables us to design and produce high-specification fabrics, fully tailored to the needs and requirements of each individual client.
DYEING & FINISHING
The dyeing and finishing of the fabrics are carried out in Greece, in partner industrial facilities that operate according to current environmental specifications and applicable international standards. The facilities comply with regulatory frameworks regarding waste management, chemical usage, and emission control. All partners hold the required certifications and implement documented quality assurance systems.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
The process begins with the receipt of fabrics from suppliers and an initial visual inspection for any apparent defects, such as weaving inconsistencies, color deviations, or damage. Samples are collected from different points of the roll or batch and are marked with a unique code, which includes information such as the supplier, fabric type, date of receipt, and batch number. This ensures full traceability.
This is followed by laboratory and quality testing of the samples, which may include durability tests, shrinkage controls, color fastness, weight, and texture.
